GaGa's House is at 42217 Terrazzo Terrace, Stone Ridge, VA 20105 — inside the community itself, not on the far side of it. Stone Ridge is a master-planned community in the Dulles South part of Loudoun County, and the house sits just off Route 50 near StoneSprings Hospital.
If you already live in Stone Ridge, that changes the calculation completely. Drop-off is not a detour bolted onto the front of your commute; it's a few minutes inside the neighborhood you're already leaving. At 6:30 in the morning that difference is worth more than it looks on paper.
What being local actually gets you
