Eleven hours a day, Monday to Friday, meals included. Here's why the hours are what they are, and why there is no part-time option.

Because of where this house is. Stone Ridge sits in Dulles South, just off Route 50 — and the people who live around here largely drive east or north to work, toward the Dulles corridor, Route 28 and beyond. A 7:30 opening doesn't work for that. Breakfast is served here, so an early drop-off doesn't mean feeding a toddler twice.
Why full-time only
There are three places. If two of them were part-time, the group would change composition through the week, and the continuity that is the entire reason to choose one caregiver over a center would be gone — for the children who are there full-time as much as for the part-timers.
So all three places are full-time, and the group is the same three children every day. It's a real limitation, and it's the honest reason for it.
