If you're in Chantilly proper you're in Fairfax County, and GaGa's House is in Loudoun. That's not a problem, but there are two things to ask about before you commit:
- Anita is voluntarily registered with Loudoun County, not Fairfax. Voluntary registration isn't a state licence, and she doesn't say it is — the full detail is here.
- If you're using a Fairfax childcare assistance program or an employer benefit, check how it treats an out-of-county provider. Better to know now than after you've enrolled.
One wrinkle: a Chantilly mailing address doesn't always mean Fairfax — South Riding posts as Chantilly and sits in Loudoun. If that's you, this page fits your situation better.
